Iveta has a long term experience in international trade – deep expertise in structuring export and import transactions for leading companies in the Czech republic by using a whole range of trade and export finance products like Documentary Letter of Credit, Guarantee, Documentary Collection, Buyers Credit, Pre-export Credit, Syndicated or Club financing etc. She used to hold managing positions in several multinational banks (ABN AMRO Bank, HSBC Bank, Unicredit Bank), leading and coaching sales teams, she was in charge of planing sales activities, budgeting, product management (including finacial products development, their marketing and market launch). Jan Štilec

Jan graduated from pedagogical faculty of Charles University. Since 1993 he works in the tourism sector and owns FLY UNITED travel company. Under his leadership it received IATA and ISO certificates and became one of the largest flight ticket sellers in the Czech Republic. Jan has long term experience in lecturing at various universities around the Czech Republic. He formed a Travel Management Consulting company focusing on monitoring technological innovations in tourism sector and organizing various seminars.
Main area of his expertise are reservation systems and global distribution channels in air transport. Through being a travel company CEO and expert in reservation systems he can provide students with reservation systems related practical experience in the context of new technological innovations. Jan graduated international IATA course and publishes in renowned tourism related journals.

As a consultant at Partners Financial Services for over 15 years, he specializes in independent financial advising. Previously, he worked in a post-doctoral research position at the University of Economics, Prague. Currently, he is also a co-owner of Trolls Factory. He is an expert in financial advisory, business analysis, and project management, particularly focusing on financial education.

Michaela Duchková

Michaela graduated from University of Economics and Management in Prague (VSEM), Faculty of Business Economics, Human Resource Management. Her active professional practice started in the Ceska sporitelna bank, where her main activity was to assist in the implementation of the first banking software in Liberec branch. Michaela has started to work as a project manager in 2004 for the City Hall of Liberec. Projects that she led were for example the implementation of the Filing service or connecting SAP with administrative agendas and other. As a member of managing team at Ministry of Interior Affairs she was part of CzechPoint and Data Boxes implementation for Czech Republic and as a project manager she implemented that for the City of Liberec. In other words she led public service projects aiming at increasing efficiency of private sector. In addition to the project management she provided trainings of using new information systems and applications so that implementation was as effective as possible. Michaela gained experience also as a project manager for the State Institute for Drug Control. Projects within her competence were e.g. Data Capture, Data Archiving, SW Database Drugs, administrative system for the maintenance of drug registration, E – prescription, cooperation on the project data repository or introduction of HR software. For commercial entities she helped to build projects aiming at good communication with public sector. She worked as an analyst on many projects. Michaela is actively using her thorough professional experience in project management in her educational activities. Her personal hobby is advertising, marketing and PR.

Miloš Pop

Miloš started his career in manufacturing plants as a head of production, later he started as a programmer and became an IT consultant and project manager (ERVIS CZ). Since 2007 he has been working in MagicWare, primarily as an IT consultant, but also as Account Manager, Team Leader, and other. He deals with the implementation of appropriate business models in companies even longer time than he works in MagicWare. During practice Milos studies Management and Public Relations and learned well about financial, material and time flows, acquired good communication skills which enabled him to be a good team project leader who can successfully implement various projects. Because MagicWare offers complex information system for travel agencies, and Milos knows about that IS all from A to Z, he is a true expert on needs of travel companies of all types. As a Freelancer he provides corporate advisory and enjoys passing on the experience further during as a lecturer.

Sherzod Tashpulatov

Sherzod received a Ph.D. in Economics from CERGE-EI and Charles University. He is an Assistant Professor at the Czech Technical University in Prague (ČVUT FEL), where he has been teaching since 2014. His academic focus includes econometrics, statistical methods in economics, and energy economics. He specializes in applied microeconomics and mathematical methods in economics, with a particular focus on energy markets and electricity pricing research. His expertise combines quantitative analysis with practical applications in economic research.[

Tomáš Ctibor

In the 1980s, Tomáš studied architecture at Czech Technical University (ČVUT) and later also at the Academy of Applied Art, in Prague (VŠUP). Since the beginning of the 1990s, he started to work on the real estate market. He was also briefly engaged in politics – after the Velvet Revolution he was a member of the Federal Assembly and he also worked as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic. Within his previous practice Tomáš served as a partner or at managerial positions in companies MEI, Sen Development, Donaldsons and B.I.R.T. During his career hitherto, he has also worked as a member of the steering committee at CzechInvest and as chairman of the Association for Foreign Investment (AFI). In February 2013, he became head of the Department of Strategic Conception at the City Development Authority Prague (CDA), and in May 2013 became this institution’s first deputy director. He prepared and led CDA’s transformation into the Prague Institute of Planning and Development, which took place in November 2013.

He was responsible for work on the Update of the Strategic Plan of the City of Prague. Tomáš was a member of an expert advisory body to Prague City Hall – the Metropolitan Sounding Board – and of the independent international institutions CRE (The Counselors of Real Estate), RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), and ULI (Urban Land Institute). He also works as an external pedagogue at Czech Technical University’s Faculty of Architecture. He is founder and executive director of 4CT, s.r.o. which is the organizer of the newly formed platform for delivering innovative and top quality services in the field of urban development, for both the public and private sectors. Nowadays, Tomáš is working on several projects as Dubec, New Colonnade in Marianske Lazne (Marienbad), Vojtěšská Huť and other.

Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Jana works as a Marketing and Social Media Specialist at the European University of Applied Science and Management (EIASM). She uses her skills in digital marketing, social media and languages to manage and improve the university’s online visibility. Her work includes creating social media campaigns and managing online content to promote the university’s programs. Jana completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business English and Master’s degree in English Philology at the University of Pardubice. She expanded her international experience by studying at the University of Tartu through the Erasmus program and participating in the Work and Travel USA program. Before joining EIASM, Jana worked as a Project Manager at TransPerfect, where she developed strong project coordination and communication skills. She also gained experience as a Translator at RWS. Along with her language skills, Jana has a background in IT and programming, which helps her bring technical insights to marketing projects.

Senior Sales Manager

Inna is a Senior Sales Manager for BBA, MBA, and DBA programs at EIASM in Prague, a certified higher education leader with international experience. She has worked in the education sector since 2013, focusing on developing and selling academic programs, modernizing educational processes, and supporting students’ academic journeys. Inna holds two Master’s degrees: the first in English Language and Linguistics, and the second Master’s Degree in Educational Institution Management, along with professional qualifications in educational leadership. Her experience includes managing educational projects in Czech Republic and abroad, including in private institutions and with international partners, particularly from Canada. From 2017 to 2021, Inna furthered her qualifications in Toronto, earning an MBA in International Business with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and International Business Administration. This expertise enables her to effectively manage academic program sales and build strong international partnerships. Currently, Inna applies her knowledge to the development and promotion of BBA, MBA, and DBA programs at EIASM, ensuring high-quality service and innovative educational solutions for the global academic community.

Kseniia works as a Study Department Administrator at the European Institute of Applied Science and Management (EIASM). She has obtained a Master’s degree from Lviv National University and is currently continues her studies at Charles University. With a background in administration and non-formal teaching, Kseniia brings a strong organizational skill set and a passion for supporting students in their academic journey. Additionally, she is fluent in four languages, enhancing her ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of students and colleagues.
