Iveta has a long term experience in international trade – deep expertise in structuring export and import transactions for leading companies in the Czech republic by using a whole range of trade and export finance products like Documentary Letter of Credit, Guarantee, Documentary Collection, Buyers Credit, Pre-export Credit, Syndicated or Club financing etc. She used to hold managing positions in several multinational banks (ABN AMRO Bank, HSBC Bank, Unicredit Bank), leading and coaching sales teams, she was in charge of planing sales activities, budgeting, product management (including finacial products development, their marketing and market launch). She also deals with risk management of export and import transactions and working capital management (such as balance sheet optimisation through financing products) and provides advisory on delivery and payment conditions in and international business. Moreover she works as a Corporate and Individual Trainer, to help clients to obtain their goals and maintain their motivation. Jan currently works as an IT consultant in Project management for the company Skoda ICT. He is well experienced in business sector – designing of data flow between information systems, directing and realization of IT needs of users in project planning and as Project manager as well. Besides that that he realize technical stuff, for example PL/SQL development, VBA programming (macros in Excel), BI reports in T-SQL for Reporting Services MSSQL and administration of various Java utilities. He has been lecturing of MS Office, L1 support and a Data Analysis. He graduated Economy and Management at Unicorn College. He is studying Business Informatics at Faculty of Information Technologies at University of Economics in Prague.

Jan Štilec

Jan graduated from pedagogical faculty of Charles University. Since 1993 he works in the tourism sector and owns FLY UNITED travel company. Under his leadership it received IATA and ISO certificates and became one of the largest flight ticket sellers in the Czech Republic. Jan has long term experience in lecturing at various universities around the Czech Republic. He formed a Travel Management Consulting company focusing on monitoring technological innovations in tourism sector and organizing various seminars.
Main area of his expertise are reservation systems and global distribution channels in air transport. Through being a travel company CEO and expert in reservation systems he can provide students with reservation systems related practical experience in the context of new technological innovations. Jan graduated international IATA course and publishes in renowned tourism related journals.

Jana Lazarová

Jana studied psychology at Charles University in Prague and graduated PhD there. She participated in many trainings, including internationally accredited programs for coaching. She has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Her practice involves the selection and development of employees through the Assessment Center or Development Center, management audits, setting up internal systems, management teams, coaching, mentoring, consulting and lecturing. She has experience with various types of companies – from the banking sector, through sales, construction, energy companies to manufacturing industry. She lectured in a combined three-year bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Education of Charles University (Center for School Management). She has co-authored publication Bankruptcy proceedings in Education (2006). She currently works as a consultant and external supplier of HR services.

Jiří Boháček

Jiří is a graduate of Department of Sociology at Charles University in Prague, focusing on strategic marketing, marketing research and sociology currently working as university teacher. Author of scientific publications in domestic and foreign journals with long experience in the management of marketing carmaker Skoda Auto and the management of foreign courses in marketing and MBA courses. He worked twelve years as a brand manager and marketing research director with responsibility for the worldwide development strategy of the Skoda brand within the Volkswagen Group.

In the 1980s, Tomas studied architecture at Czech Technical University (ČVUT) and later also at the Academy of Applied Art, in Prague (VŠUP). Since the beginning of the 1990s, he started to work on the real estate market. He was also briefly engaged in politics – after the Velvet Revolution he was a member of the Federal Assembly and he also worked as an advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic. Within his previous practice Tomas served as a partner or at managerial positions in companies MEI, Sen Development, Donaldsons and B.I.R.T. During his career hitherto, he has also worked as a member of the steering committee at CzechInvest and as chairman of the Association for Foreign Investment (AFI). In February 2013, he became head of the Department of Strategic Conception at the City Development Authority Prague (CDA), and in May 2013 became this institution’s first deputy director. He prepared and led CDA’s transformation into the Prague Institute of Planning and Development, which took place in November 2013.

He was responsible for work on the Update of the Strategic Plan of the City of Prague. Tomas was a member of an expert advisory body to Prague City Hall – the Metropolitan Sounding Board – and of the independent international institutions CRE (The Counselors of Real Estate), RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), and ULI (Urban Land Institute). He also works as an external pedagogue at Czech Technical University’s Faculty of Architecture. He is founder and executive director of 4CT, s.r.o. which is the organizer of the newly formed platform for delivering innovative and top quality services in the field of urban development, for both the public and private sectors. Nowadays, Tomas is working on several projects as Dubec, New Colonnade in Marianske Lazne (Marienbad), Vojtěšská Huť and other.

Ladislav knows the world of gastronomy since he was 15 years old giving him more than 25 years of experiences in this area. He is trained in New trends of the mixology world and bar culture, customer psychology, business techniques, leading business negotiations and conversations and graduate at The Barista academy of František Roháček. He has worked at every position gastronomy offers: started as a waiter and step by step eventually became an owner of two successful business projects in gastronomy. He used to work in hotels and restaurants in the Czech republic, Germany, Austria and Ireland. Besides that, Ladislav had organized many important catering events for the office of the president Václav Havel and also for president Václav Klaus. Currently he works as a consultant in gastronomy and hospitality.

Michaela graduated from University of Economics and Management in Prague (VSEM), Faculty of Business Economics, Human Resource Management. Her active professional practice started in the Ceska sporitelna bank, where her main activity was to assist in the implementation of the first banking software in Liberec branch. Michaela has started to work as a project manager in 2004 for the City Hall of Liberec. Projects that she led were for example the implementation of the Filing service or connecting SAP with administrative agendas and other. As a member of managing team at Ministry of Interior Affairs she was part of CzechPoint and Data Boxes implementation for Czech Republic and as a project manager she implemented that for the City of Liberec. In other words she led public service projects aiming at increasing efficiency of private sector. In addition to the project management she provided trainings of using new information systems and applications so that implementation was as effective as possible. Michaela gained experience also as a project manager for the State Institute for Drug Control. Projects within her competence were e.g. Data Capture, Data Archiving, SW Database Drugs, administrative system for the maintenance of drug registration, E – prescription, cooperation on the project data repository or introduction of HR software. For commercial entities she helped to build projects aiming at good communication with public sector. She worked as an analyst on many projects. Michaela is actively using her thorough professional experience in project management in her educational activities. Her personal hobby is advertising, marketing and PR.

Michal works as a Senior Property manager in the Czech branch of Immofinanz Group and enjoys more than 10 years in the area of real estate business. He has been working in the area of property management and development of shopping centers since his studies. Michal started his proffessional career in letting team of a developer of one of the most significant Czech real estate projects: the Palladium shopping center in Prague. After that Michal has driven his career into the area of property management in companies such as King Sturge, IMV Prague and Rustler Property Services where he provided property services for clients such as ImmoEast, CA Immo or REICO funds. In 2012 Michal joined the Immofinanz Group where he participated on integration of property and facility management. He is currently responsible for 10 shopping centers under the corporate brand STOP.SHOP. with more than 60.000 square meters of lettable area. Michal graduated from Czech University of Life Sciences.

Miloš Pop

Miloš started his career in manufacturing plants as a head of production, later he started as a programmer and became an IT consultant and project manager (ERVIS CZ). Since 2007 he has been working in MagicWare, primarily as an IT consultant, but also as Account Manager, Team Leader, and other. He deals with the implementation of appropriate business models in companies even longer time than he works in MagicWare. During practice Milos studies Management and Public Relations and learned well about financial, material and time flows, acquired good communication skills which enabled him to be a good team project leader who can successfully implement various projects. Because MagicWare offers complex information system for travel agencies, and Milos knows about that IS all from A to Z, he is a true expert on needs of travel companies of all types. As a Freelancer he provides corporate advisory and enjoys passing on the experience further during as a lecturer.

Olga Humlová

Olga is a real estate specialist with more than 20 years experience. She graduated Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg (Germany). Olga started her career in banking sector focusing on real estate financing. Practiced law between 1994 and 2013 with focus on real estate, banking, litigation and arbitration. From 2013 to 2015 she has been the CEO Czech republic for a real estate developer HB Reavis. Olga is a transaction specialist with excellent negotiation skills. She combines her legal knowledge with practical business experience.

Taťána Čábelová

Taťána graduated from the University of Economics in Prague at the Faculty of Production Economics. She started her active professional practice in 1986 as an auditor at the Czechoslovak State Bank in Prague where her responsibilities required demanding analytical inspection focused on monitoring of credit-financed companies. She used her acquired experience in her following professional work for a number of commercial entities. At the same time, she continued her education at the Technical University in Liberec (2001) and the Faculty of Arts at the Palacky University in Olomouc (2012). Her qualification and multiyear age-long practice are actively used in her current extensive educational activities focused mainly on teaching several economic courses at various levels of education system. Her main specialization and hobby in the same time is financial analysis.

His work experience includes the highest level of service and product in the 4 and 5* environment, Michelin star restaurant, passion for the detail, management of successful venues, leadership of determined teams. Petr’s portfolio includes Charles, The Prince of Wales, Frank Lampard, the Chelsea player and ex-captain of the English football team. Demonstrated success in private sector roles including advisor to the CEO at Czech Automoto Club UAMK and independent futures trader. Currently Vice-Rector for research and international relations at EIASM with lecturing activities at other Czech universities. Senior Sales Manager

Inna is a Senior Sales Manager for BBA, MBA, and DBA programs at EIASM in Prague, a certified higher education leader with international experience. She has worked in the education sector since 2013, focusing on developing and selling academic programs, modernizing educational processes, and supporting students’ academic journeys. Inna holds two Master’s degrees: the first in English Language and Linguistics, and the second Master’s Degree in Educational Institution Management, along with professional qualifications in educational leadership. Her experience includes managing educational projects in Czech Republic and abroad, including in private institutions and with international partners, particularly from Canada. From 2017 to 2021, Inna furthered her qualifications in Toronto, earning an MBA in International Business with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and International Business Administration. This expertise enables her to effectively manage academic program sales and build strong international partnerships. Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Jana works as a Marketing and Social Media Specialist at the European University of Applied Science and Management (EIASM). She uses her skills in digital marketing, social media and languages to manage and improve the university’s online visibility. Her work includes creating social media campaigns and managing online content to promote the university’s programs. Jana completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business English and Master’s degree in English Philology at the University of Pardubice. She expanded her international experience by studying at the University of Tartu through the Erasmus program and participating in the Work and Travel USA program. Before joining EIASM, Jana worked as a Project Manager at TransPerfect, where she developed strong project coordination and communication skills. She also gained experience as a Translator at RWS. Along with her language skills, Jana has a background in IT and programming, which helps her bring technical insights to marketing projects.

She has obtained a Master’s degree from Lviv National University and is currently continues her studies at Charles University.
