I completed my studies with EIASM, during which my research focused on quality improvement and patient safety frameworks within the healthcare sector. My thesis, titled “Analysis of the Tools and Strategies for Quality Improvement and Patient Safety in the Healthcare Sector,” examined evidence-based approaches to strengthen clinical governance and operational excellence. Professionally, I have been working in the healthcare industry with experience spanning clinical practice, hospital operations, and executive leadership. My key areas of interest include healthcare management, patient safety, clinical quality, strategic operations, and organisational transformation.

Ali Nazari

Dr. Ali Nazari is Senior Director and Program & Project Management Consultant with over 28 years of international experience leading large-scale infrastructure, engineering and digital transformation projects across Europe and the Middle East. His expertise spans mega-project delivery, strategic planning, stakeholder management, financial analysis and organizational transformation. He has held senior leadership roles in Germany, Slovakia, the GCC region and Iran – guiding cross-functional teams, optimizing multimillion-dollar budgets, and implementing governance, risk and compliance frameworks. His background includes directing public infrastructure programs, delivering complex IT and digitalization initiatives, and advising organizations on strategic execution and market expansion. Dr. Nazari earned his Doctorate in Business Administration (Leadership) from EIASM in Prague, where his doctoral thesis explored “The Impact of Coordination Mechanisms on the Performance of Virtual Teams in Agile Software Development Projects.” He also holds Master of Business Administration in Project Management from BHT Berlin and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics. He is certified in PMI-ACP, PSM, PRINCE2 and Strategic IT Management. His research interests include leadership effectiveness, virtual team coordination, mega-project governance, digital transformation and strategic execution in complex systems. He is currently based in Berlin, working on international consulting assignments and executive program delivery.

Distinguished financial expert with over 20 years of experience spanning government, private sector, and academia. Served as Financial Market Analyst at the Ministry of Finance as leading expert on financial stability. Demonstrated success in private sector roles including advisor to the CEO at Czech Automoto Club UAMK and independent futures trader. Currently Vice-Rector for research and international relations at EIASM with lecturing activities at other Czech universities. Holds a Ph.D. in Monetary Policy from the University of Economics Prague, with research focus on financial crises. Published extensively in Web of Science and Scopus-indexed journals on topics including banking stability, financial markets, and economic analysis. Regular contributor to international conferences and expert member of multiple NAAR (ENQA Member) accreditation committees for various universities. Teaching experience includes positions at Charles University, the University of Economics Prague, and Unicorn University, specializing in monetary and banking policy, macroeconomics, financial markets, and securities.

Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Jana works as a Marketing and Social Media Specialist at the European University of Applied Science and Management (EIASM). She uses her skills in digital marketing, social media and languages to manage and improve the university’s online visibility. Her work includes creating social media campaigns and managing online content to promote the university’s programs. Jana completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business English and Master’s degree in English Philology at the University of Pardubice. She expanded her international experience by studying at the University of Tartu through the Erasmus program and participating in the Work and Travel USA program. Before joining EIASM, Jana worked as a Project Manager at TransPerfect, where she developed strong project coordination and communication skills. She also gained experience as a Translator at RWS. Along with her language skills, Jana has a background in IT and programming, which helps her bring technical insights to marketing projects.

Senior Sales Manager

Inna is a Senior Sales Manager for BBA, MBA, and DBA programs at EIASM in Prague, a certified higher education leader with international experience. She has worked in the education sector since 2013, focusing on developing and selling academic programs, modernizing educational processes, and supporting students’ academic journeys. Inna holds two Master’s degrees: the first in English Language and Linguistics, and the second Master’s Degree in Educational Institution Management, along with professional qualifications in educational leadership. Her experience includes managing educational projects in Czech Republic and abroad, including in private institutions and with international partners, particularly from Canada. From 2017 to 2021, Inna furthered her qualifications in Toronto, earning an MBA in International Business with a focus on Sales, Marketing, and International Business Administration. This expertise enables her to effectively manage academic program sales and build strong international partnerships. Currently, Inna applies her knowledge to the development and promotion of BBA, MBA, and DBA programs at EIASM, ensuring high-quality service and innovative educational solutions for the global academic community.

She has obtained a Master’s degree from Lviv National University and is currently continues her studies at Charles University. With a background in administration and non-formal teaching, Kseniia brings a strong organizational skill set and a passion for supporting students in their academic journey. Additionally, she is fluent in four languages, enhancing her ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of students and colleagues.

International Communication and Marketing Representative

Utku Koçak is a Strategic Creative Director and entrepreneur with extensive experience bridging the gap between business operations, marketing strategy and design innovation. He has a unique academic portfolio, including MA in Visual Arts from UMPRUM, MA in Marketing Communication from Istanbul Bilgi University and BA in International Business from Richmond University. As the President of the Czech Turkish Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Utku has a strong track record in high-level networking and B2B partnership development. His professional background spans founding and managing Custom Jewelry Studio and Educational Academy, as well as leading Operations and Business Development for major luxury retailers like Golden & Silver and Euro Gold Centre in Prague. In these roles, he successfully integrated design thinking with operational efficiency to drive brand renewal and sales growth. Currently, on top of his consultancy and educational work, he manages a Vacation Rental Business, where he applies his expertise in customer experience, design and logistics.
