The insurance industry is entering a new era – an era where data and artificial intelligence redefine how advisors connect with clients. Our short-term course group “AI in Modern Insurance Product Sales Management” discovered the tools that were shaping this transformation.

Jindřich Čadík, Ph.D. presented a lecture on “Insurance in the Czech Republic, AI and Work”. He talked about how large language models integrate into the insurance workflow. Students examined practical applications, including intelligent lead segmentation, data-driven client scoring and optimized service prioritization based on individual client needs.

Dr. Čadík demonstrated how AI strengthens client relationships by improving communication quality and simplifying complex insurance concepts, while automating routine administrative work. Technology should support, but never replace, professional judgment, with human oversight and data protection remaining essential safeguards.

The students left with a roadmap for embracing proactive, AI-enhanced client care, ready to apply these innovations within the evolving landscape of insurance sales management.
