In June 2026, EIASM welcomed international students for a short-term course on “Modern EU Approaches to Enforcement and the Management of Complaints from Citizens and Organizations”. It was about how European governments deliver accountable and citizen-focused public services.

On June 2 and 9, 2026, Ivana Vlková led two lectures on European Approaches to Executive Discipline in Public Administration, especially how state decisions are implemented with legality, efficiency and quality. Ms. Vlková compared how Germany, France and Czech Republic structure the administrative oversight and build citizen trust through transparency and effective feedback.

The lectures explored the integration of private-sector methodologies into public administration and demonstrated how performance measurement transforms government accountability. Students examined the role of digital tools and reporting systems in modernizing citizen-state interactions, where Estonia is a model for digital governance.

The sessions continued with artificial intelligence and quantum technologies in public administration, covering the EU AI Act and automation in government and corporate environments. The lectures were concluded with information about Czech Republic’s institutional framework for technological advancement.
