Lecture on Gender Equality

By EIASM Editorial Team

26. 2. 2026

We hosted a comprehensive workshop dedicated to exploring barriers in career and daily life, with a strong focus on gender equality and equal opportunities.

The workshop was led by Michaela Duchková, who provided insightful perspectives drawn from her professional experience in leadership and innovation. The discussions addressed key challenges in the workplace, including salary disparities, access to leadership positions, structural and cultural barriers, and the impact of unconscious bias on career progression.

In addition, the workshop emphasized the importance of personal growth, continuous professional development and proactive career management. A significant part of the conversation also focused on the crucial role of education in shaping inclusive environments, promoting equal opportunities and driving sustainable, long-term change across industries.

We sincerely thank Michaela Duchková for her inspiring leadership of the workshop and all participants for their active engagement and thoughtful contributions.
