On June 25, 2026, EIASM hosted international students for a short-term course “The Use of Innovative Educational Technologies in Higher Education: Experiences of Czech Universities”, where they learned about how Czech education is organized and governed.
Sherzod Tashpulatov, Ph.D. had a lecture on the school system in the Czech Republic: the structure of Czech education, from primary and secondary levels to the higher education. Students explored how public, private and state universities operate, and what are the distinctions between academic and professionally oriented programs.
The lecture examined quality assurance and accreditation mechanisms that maintain academic standards, alongside the role of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. Dr. Tashpulatov also addressed practical topics: admission pathways, tuition arrangements, credit recognition and opportunities for student mobility within European programs.
